Show Us You Smiles!

We are excited to announce a new contest called "Show Us Your Smiles!". You can participate in this contest by taking a photo of your beautiful smile and posting it onto our Facebook page. We will select winning smiles each month and award someone with a FREE Sonicare Toothbrush.

How to submit photos:

Upload your smile to Facebook

1. Click the Like button below
   
2. Visit our Facebook page and share your smile by clicking on the photo link at the top of the wall feed and then selecting "Upload a Photo" or "Take a Photo".
3. Then tell us something about your beautiful smile.
4. Finally. click Share! Don't forget to click on the posted photo and tag yourself!

Email your photo

1. Email your photo, your full name, and phone number to: drjohnpattersondmd@yahoo.com
2. In the subject line put: Smiles
3. We will manually add the photo to our Facebook page and ask for you to visit the page to tag yourself in the photo.

This is a contest for anyone who resides in the Phoenix Metro, Arizona area. Winners will be notified via Facebook or email with instructions to come to our Mesa Dental office to claim your prize.
